About the event
Join us at this virtual support group for women who are struggling with perimenopause and menopause.
If you’re trying to keep it together as hot flushes, brain fog, fatigue, insomnia, weight gain, anxiety, palpitations, mood swings, body aches and other symptoms keep you from being fully present for your loved ones or your career, you’re not alone. This group offers a safe space to talk about (or just listen to) the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual challenges of menopause – and receive compassionate support, science-based information and valuable resources to help you thrive.
The group is hosted by Eva Bender, a certified health and wellness coach who also has personal experience coping with debilitating menopause symptoms while navigating a confusing array of information and treatments. There’s no cost to attend.
