Good health is the key to living a full, satisfying life. Whether you’re in need of small tweaks or a major adjustment, changing your physical and mental habits can have a significant impact on your life.
From day one, your coach will help you define the “why” behind the change you’re seeking, and guide you to set realistic goals that lead to measurable results.
Using science-backed tools and detailed assessments, your coach will design a customized coaching program to take you from where you are today to exactly where you want to be.
Whether you wish to manage an illness, crush an athletic goal, lose weight, improve your sleep, recover from an injury or procedure, thrive through perimenopause — or any other health goal — we’ll equip you with proven tools and empower you to make it happen.
We’re excited to share our unique brand of results-focused health coaching with busy midlife professionals. We look forward to helping you achieve your health and wellbeing goals.
After 20 years of helping clients reach fitness, professional and personal goals our founder, Eva Bender, recognized a trend.
She saw many of her clients taking their wellbeing for granted as they prioritized family obligations and professional advancement in their 20s and 30s — only to find their lives out of balance in midlife.
Platinum Performance Coaching exists to help busy midlife professionals improve their health and wellbeing in their 40s, 50s, 60s and beyond.
Whether you’re coping with an illness, seeking to improve your fitness or nutrition, navigating perimenopause, or have an athletic goal on your bucket list, we’ll help you align your everyday habits with your values to create the change you’ve been imagining.
Eva Bender is a certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation. She began her career over 20 years ago as a personal trainer and nutrition coach supporting chronic disease and post-surgery populations.
She later co-owned a recruiting agency with a former EPL captain and England national team footballer, helping athletes meet the mental and physical demands of elite competition.
Eva is now in private practice where she helps clients from diverse backgrounds navigate the mental, physical and emotional challenges of chronic health conditions – including everything from menopause to metabolic syndrome.
Eva is passionate about helping people thrive in midlife and beyond. In addition to her coaching practice, she hosts support groups for women going through menopause and people struggling with divorce. She also conducts seminars on how to compassionately accompany people through grief.
Eva holds a Bachelor’s degree from New York University and has earned professional coaching certifications in health and wellness, grief and end of life, mental performance, and executive leadership. She meets with clients virtually from her offices in Charlotte, North Carolina. When she's not at work, Eva enjoys mountain biking, hiking, sailing, curling and experimenting in the kitchen.
